What We Mean By "Full-Featured"
Everyone.net provides a full set of advanced features that take the
hassle out of email. All of our email services are branded to
your domain so you can be you@yourdomain.com and include access to our
powerful Web Mail client. Here is a partial list of the features
available via your Everyone.net service.
Anti-Virus Protection
Viruses spread through email can cause billions of dollars in lost
data and productivity. Everyone.net has partnered with Sophos to provide
up-to-date virus protection for our users. Virus protection is a standard
feature for all our Business Mail customers and is available on an
optional per mailbox basis for all other services offerings. Check

Domains Supported
Most of our soultions allow you to manage email for single domain (www.mydomain.com). If you need to manage multiple domains our outsource / private label solution allows you to provide email services for as many domains as needed.
Enterprise-Class Hardware
Carrier-Class Hardware is in a league of its own. We have an infrastructure that a company is not going to recreate in their enterprise.
Firewall and Security
Redundant firewalls screen all network traffic. We employ regular monitoring of network ports and firewalls, system access restriction, 24x7 surveillance, and security best practices.
Free Domain Name
For selected packages Everyone.net will give you a free domain with your new account. The domain is free as long as you keep your service with us. Already have a domain? After signing up for our service we will send you detailed instructions and help you setup and use our services with your existing domain.
Full Backups
Everyone.net performs full backups with redundant storage for all hosted mailboxes.
IMAP, POP, and SMTP
Use your favorite email program with our POP and IMAP services. POP is
great for users on a single computer; all your messages are downloaded to your
email program's inbox. IMAP gives incredible flexibility for those
who use more than one computer and want to have the latest copy of their email
wherever they are. With IMAP, all email is backed up on our
servers. Our SMTP services give you access to send email from email software without having to worry about using the network approved SMTP server.
Mailboxes
Everyone.net email services grow with you. You can start with as few as 5
mailboxes and have room to grow. Everyone.net has provisioned over 30
million mailboxes since its inception to over 300,000 domains. All of
our mailboxes come with web access that allows each mailbox owner the
ability to create their own folders and set their own preferences for
vacation and out of office responses. Many of our service packages
include the ability to use your own desktop email application like
Outlook and Eudora. We also allow the administrator to set up alias email address at no extra charge, so it is easy to send to a group.
Optional User Demographics
A subscription to Premium Support provides detailed user reports including activity, demographics (age, gender, income, etc.), and opt-in mailing list status.
Secure Data Center
Your Everyone.net service is hosted within a carrier-class data center on an OC-48 backbone, supported 24x7 with highly trained staff and physical protection including redundant HVAC air filtration, water-free fire suppression, UPS power protection, and diesel generator backups.
Shared Address Book
Everyone.net allows you to create a shared address book so you can easily share contact information among users of your email service. The shared address book can be accessed by any program that supports LDAP directory services including most email appliactions. This is a great feature for business or groups to ensure everyone has updated contact information.
Spam Protection
Hate Spam? So do we. Approximately $9 billion in productivity will
be lost to spam this year in the US alone according to Ferris Research.
To help you filter out any spam that comes to your inbox, we offer
two levels of protection. SpamShield Lite and SpamShield Pro. SpamShield
Lite automatically blocks email from senders who send bulk mail that
is harmful to our system. SpamShield Pro includes all the benefits
of SpamShield Lite in addition to personalized options that keep even
more spam out of your inbox. SpamShield Pro works with our POP and
IMAP services allowing you to see your spam folder without having
to log in to your Web Mail. Check our Total

Storage
All mailboxes come with ample storage to start and are easily upgradeable
on a per mailbox basis. If you or your associates depend on email
for business, sign up for our Business Mail solution that gives each
user a generous 1 GB mailbox.
Technical Support
We have several technical support packages tailored to your needs. All of our email solutions include support during setup and email support during the first 30 days. Web Mail with Rich Text Editor and Auto Complete
All of our enail accounts come with web access from virtually any computer
connected to the Internet. Our robust Web Mail features include Email
Notification, Auto Complete, Email Forwarding,
rich text editing, dynamic spell checking, message search, and aliases.
Our new compose page features the following :
- Auto Complete: Automatically suggests recipients from the Address Book as users begin to type a name, or email address in the To, Cc or Bcc fields. Prompts users to add recipients who aren’t in the sender’s Address Book after sending messages.
- Dynamic Spell Checking: Instantly highlight and correct misspelled words with a single click.
- Richer Text Editing: 16 new graphical emoticons, 8 new fonts, Larger color palette, Re-sizable editing area.
